Made to order
Nothing is pulled from warehouse stock. Every set is customised to your length, shade, texture and extension type and prepared individually once your order is placed. Standard production time is 7–14 working days.
Shipping
Once your order is prepared, it is dispatched with a tracked courier service. Delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Free EU shipping
Delivery within the EU is complimentary on orders over €199. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate, which is shown before you complete your purchase.
All sales are final
Because each order is a customised, made-to-order product and for reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please confirm your colour and length before ordering — see our Returns Policy and Colour Chart, or write to us and we will help you choose.
Damaged or incorrect orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email info@avreehair.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will make it right.
