Yes. AVRÉE does not hold finished stock. Each set is customised to your chosen length, shade, texture and extension type, then prepared individually once your order is placed. Standard production time is 2–3 weeks (7–14 working days), after which your parcel is dispatched with a tracked courier.

Yes — delivery within the EU is complimentary on orders over €199. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate, which is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

No. Because every set is a customised, made-to-order product and because human hair is a personal hygiene item, all sales are final — including on unopened parcels. If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not match what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.

Your hairstylist can also assess your natural colour and undertone. Taking this step before ordering matters, as customised sets cannot be returned.

100% real human Remy hair, ethically sourced, in Double Drawn and Super Double Drawn finishes. The cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction, which is what keeps the hair smooth and tangle-free over time.

Double Drawn hair has most of the shorter strands removed, so it stays thick through the mid-lengths. Super Double Drawn is sorted further still: the set holds nearly full thickness right to the ends, giving the densest, most uniform finish we offer.

Our standard minimum is 50 g. Classic Tape is supplied as 50 g / 10 sandwiches (20 pieces) with professional adhesive already applied. Invisible Tape is supplied as 150 g / 30 sandwiches. Genius Weft is offered in 50 g bundles. Most full-head installations use two to three sets, depending on your natural density and desired length.

With correct installation and care, our hair lasts many months and can usually be re-applied several times. Wash with sulphate-free products, avoid applying conditioner to the bonds or tapes, brush from the ends upwards with a soft-bristle brush, use heat protection, and never sleep with wet hair.
